Marian Edmonds-Allen

Hello!

I’m Rev. Dr. Marian Edmonds-Allen, a dedicated advocate for bridging divides and fostering collaboration rooted in compassion, integrity, and shared humanity. My work focuses on addressing toxic polarization by helping individuals and communities lean into their deeply held values and virtues to find common ground and create positive, lasting change.

I am the executive director of Parity, co-director of the AI Theology Coalition and a Research and Teaching Associate at the Neurospirituality Lab at Harvard Medical School. My interests include: covenantal pluralism, the ethical use of AI, values-based collaborative problem solving, and religious liberty, both domestic and international. I draw on decades of experience working with diverse communities, empowering people to discover their unique strengths and use them to bring healing and hope to the world.

Through speaking, teaching, consulting and writing, I strive to help individuals and organizations unlock their potential, engage in meaningful dialogue, and build bridges across differences. If you’re interested in collaborating or learning more, I’d love to connect and explore what’s possible.
